IT Systems Engineer &
Project Management

We are looking for an IT System Engineer who will provide On-site & Remote second level support to our Managed Services Customers. In your mission you will have 3 days a week mission at a specific customer situated between Namur and Charleroi (with 3 other site in Wallonie). Potentially, the other two days can be filled with on-site assignments at our clients' locations (based in Brussels and along the E411 corridor).

Profile:

At least 5 years experience
For our Customer mainly in the Axe 411 area

You will :

  • Be responsible for end-to-end critical incidents & problems resolution

  • Assist our First Line Team

  • Proactively maintain and Administrate Customers network & servers infrastructures

  • Ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security

  • Assist our Delivery Management Team in his Continue Improvement Processes.

  • Assist our Sales Teams on technical solutions & budget evaluations.

  • Develop & Maintain our Knowledge Database.

  • Together with the Business Development Team work on innovative solutions and offerings.

The System engineer will be part of an experienced team and will be flexible & open to a variety of tasks and projects. 

To be successful in this job, we require a proven ability to solve problems, to have in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. Being a real team player & good communicator is also mandatory.

You will directly report to the Team leader.

What You Need for this Position

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • A proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
  • Be able to lead and/or execute a project from beginning to end.
  • Oral & Written language skills in French & English In-depth of Knowledge IT systems and infrastructure (Microsoft & Cloud architecture, M365, Windows Server, Linux)
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Security & Networking, being able to build, manage and maintain.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skill
  • Work autonomously
  • Able to evolve in a fast-moving environment and bring innovative thinking.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A real Team player.
  • Strong communication skills.
